As in, the area you live in. My husband and I have been obsessed with moving the family for a few years now, but we just can't figure out where to go. It's so tough when you don't know enough about a place and a visit just won't give you the whole picture.
I have family in the UK, and Italy.. after much research, Italy is out, but I definitely have to visit soon. And we don't know enough about the UK other than what we hear in the news. We could stay in Canada, but the whole North American ideals and way of life is getting on my last nerve. I want peaceful, kind, winters, great post secondary education for my children if they decide they want it, lots of opportunity, low crime etc. Laid back is ideal. I know it takes more than wanting to move to be able to do so (although I could just pick up and move to the UK or Italy among a couple other places). But humour me, I'm curious.
What does your home offer.. can you throw me some pros and cons?
