So, I've lost about 50 pounds now. I'm very proud of myself, but I got this flab now around my stomach/midsection. I know that exercise might help some, but I'm concerned that the skin might be a little flabby. The weight gain was the result of a baby.
Anyone have any ideas to try and get rid of some of this flab effectively? I'm not expecting miracles, but surely there has to be a way to lessen it somewhat. Any suggestions?
