What is your take on the various milks? Soy, almond, coconut, rice etc.

I keep reading contradicting articles. I once heard soy milk is great for reducing cholestoral and to avoid rice milk and almond milk. Now almonds, especially raw, I have heard such great things about. Does anyone have any information on the benefits or risks/reasons to avoid of these various "milks"?
