Be an employee or an employer?

What do you think is better as career, to be an employer or employee? Both paths have good and not so good side, like for example, if you are an employee, you do not have to worry so much on how much profit the company will have at the end of the month because anyway you will have a sure fix salary every month unlike if you own the business, you have to make sure the company or the business will hang on good profits for you to have good income and as a business owner you have more responsibilities as well, however the go side is, as employer you actually own your time and you have more freedom on decision makings, you are more flexible when it comes to time management.



How about you, would like to be an employee or own a business rather and be an employer? Why?
