I'm on the skinny side and have slim arms and legs. I'm more or less happy with my body except that I want to shape up my legs better. My calf muscles are practically non existent. Some say it's a good thing but I feel it makes my legs look too skinny, disproportionate like chicken legs! How do I increase calf muscles, at home, I must add, since I don't have the time to hit the gym. Any and all advice will be appreciated. :)
