I've been reading up on Spirulina, and it seems like such a good alternative, as opposed to a multi-vitamin. I've also heard that it's really good for energy with all the extra trace minerals, which I need.
However, it's so expensive.
I'd like to know, if you're someone who has used it... Did it make enough of a difference in your health to justify the cost?
Also, have you ever used it to cook with? I was thinking that might also work to include it in a meal instead of taking a pill.
