Is it better to use a rope with a weighted handle or to do fast skips with a regular plastic rope? I find with a weighted rope i miss more skips and lose the rythm more easily, largely because the skipping is a lot slower. With a regular rope it is easier and quicker to skip, but i would like to train my arms at the same time.
