The good and bad effects of stress

Who did never experience stress? I think stress is already part of everyday life of anyone. When we hear the word itself we tend to associate it already with negative meaning. But some studies show that stress can actually give positive effects to anyone.



Stress when handled properly can make you more alert and active. Thus, helping you to accomplish more tasks. Good stress can as well help your memory functions more efficient. Having a moderate level of stress in a short time can actually boost your immune system, according to some researchers.



But ofcourse, more often stress causes a lot of side effects to our body. Such as depression or serious illness. This kind of stress are the ones that a person can experience for a long time. being stress for a long time can weaken immune system, which is very harmful to your body.
