What about those of needing to GAIN weight?

Some people find it hard to stay in a healthy weight range for a variety of reasons, or to get back up to a healthy weight after experiencing a significant weight loss.



Please share your tips and secrets of staying healthy and fit, and maintaining muscle, without becoming underweight and also how do you keep your energy levels up to cope with your lifestyle if you ARE underweight?
