Your Favorite Workout Movement

What's your favorite exercise? Squats, Bench, Curls, Presses, Pull-ups?



I personally enjoy on each day:



Chest: flyes

Legs: presses

Arms: concentration curls

Shoulders: presses

Back: reverse flyes
