I'm 14, 5'5 and weigh 172 pounds. My goal is to lose at least 5 pounds a month. I really don't want to go too far over that because I want to lose fat, not muscle. Its hard for me to not eat fast food, since there's so many fast food places around my house... Like there's a Wendy's, McD, subway, Pizza hut, and KFC all gathered around the corner of my house. ._. ~sigh~ I just don't understand what I should and shouldn't eat, what to buy when I go grocery shopping, and stuff like that. Its confusing me because people are saying different things, which contradict my last thoughts and ugh Anyways, can someone explain what I should and shouldn't eat? http://ift.tt/1rGC0ls For exercise, I was thinking of maybe doing 1 or 2 (depending on length and how much free time I have) of these exercise videos, 5 days a week, switching it up and stuff. I don't want to do the same workout everyday. Its all I can really do since I can't go out and run (EXTREMELY cold here). All I need help with is diet. So basically the questions are..
1) What foods should I eat?

3)Should I track my calories? If so, how?
