Question: If I burn 1520 calories a day how much calories do I have to eat in order to gain weight?

If your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR) is 1520, then every calorie past the 1520th should count toward weight gain. In reality, people often misjudge their activity level, which throws off BMR estimates. The standard advice for weight loss is to eat (BMR-1000) calories per day. This translates to a safe, sane 2-pound loss per week. So for weight gain, you should expect to gain about 2 lbs per week if you eat (BMR+1000) calories per day. Again, assuming 1520 is your BMR, you'd aim for at least 2500 calories per day.
