I am 17 and weight about 160 and about 6'2 and I have a very high metabolism. I want to gain muscle and weight but I just cant. I eat all three meals a day and I still don't gain any wight so I am wondering if I drink a protein shake after my workout would I start to gain weight and muscle. Also I have pe fourth hour in school and that is were we work out and by that time I am getting hungry.
