Question: How can I boost strength/testosterone?

It's not normal at 15 to have low testosterone unless you didn't reach that stage of puberty yet... First why do you claim to have low-t? Was that tested?

Then we would need to know why... Is it primary (balls not working) or secondary (brain related) hypogonadism?



Are you anorexic, obese?



Generally a diet relatively high in dietary fat will optimize testosterone levels but if you suffer from true hypogonadism the problem is more than just that.
