Question: Is this healthy? PLEASE READ?

Eating disorder recovery Breakfast : 2 grains, 1 protein, 1 fruit

(2 slices toast, 1 egg, 1 cup berries)



Lunch: 2 grains, 2 proteins, 1 vegetable, 1 fat, 1 dairy

(6 oz. sweet potato, 2 tbsp chopped pecans, 4 oz. grilled chicken, 2 cups green beans, 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese)



Dinner: same as lunch

(1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup black beans, 2 oz. 99% fat free ground turkey, 1/4 avocado, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, 2 tablespoons yogurt ranch dressing)



Dessert: pear



Total : 1329 calories
