Query: Excessive complications day-to-day?

Whats up, these days (for approximately per week) i’ve had complications on a regular basis, neatly now not best headache it is loads in my sinuses too.I take at least one aspirin a day but it doesn’t help at all, singing makes it worse too but I don’t know if that is part of the problem except I know I don’t have the best breath support when singing but i’m learning still.

I flied in an airplane for the first time a week ago and when arriving to my destination I almost got a heat stroke once and this was when this sinus/headaches first appeared even though I wasn’t dehydrated.Could it have anything to do with the flight? could it have affected my sinuses somehow? do I need to see a doctor? I can’t think of any other reason than possibly that I drink way too much caffiene which has caused headaches for me before but I don’t think that’s the problem.

To describe it more exact it’s a very sharp headache, it also hurts in my ears and around my ears, my jaw feels as though i’ve been chewing a largeass gum for hours or one thing and smartly the ache is usually round my ears and in my jaw, additionally on each side of my head.

Replace : additionally my eyes appear extra delicate to mild than regularly, like going out of doors makes my eyes tear up immediately..
