So I'm trying to calculate my body fat percentage... These are some of my measurements in inches: Hip (around butt): 37
Pant line (around visible hip bones, above butt) : 33 1/2
Waist: 26 - 26 1/2
Belly button: 31
Thickest part of Thigh; 20/21
Calf: 11
Bust: 34
Forearm: 8
Bicep: 9.5
Wrist: 6.5
Height: 5'4
Weight: 116-116.5
The bump at the right of the top picture is my hip bone.
So I keep trying to calculate my BFP...and I keep getting things like 23.5%. One said 22%. What do you think? What's healthy and do you think I have 25%??
Also, are my measurements smallish or what? Do you think my hips or thighs or too big?
