So I had a farely flat stomach you could see the line and my abs almost but I had a lot of events come by which included ALOT of eating I over ate a ton! And my stomach is no longer flat and even when I loose weight my stomach stays sticking out and my abs are still there the it's disappearing and you can hardly see the line so what exercises can I do? To get my toned stomach back? Please no judging
