Update : I am 20 yrs old. But my weight is 50 kg. and my height is nearly 5.4inch. I am not so slim, not average... in between. Though my friends call me so slim. I recently joined gym.They told me to eat two eggs daily, soyaprotein drink three times a day. 2 bananas., i glass milk at night after dinner.. Please tell me.. if i continue this , in how many months i will achive a perfect body with muscle(though i can round my fingers to hold my hand.. SO thin :3 >_
