Question: I can't do squats, deadlifts, or lunges. Are there substitutes?

I have two medical issues really making it difficult. POTS, which basically causes my blood pressure to drop and heart rate to increase when I move from a sitting to standing position. Squats and deadlifts worsen this effect and I normally can't finish a set for fear of passing out. I also had ankle reconstructive surgery 11 years ago and although I usually don't have limitations, but my ankle always feels like it's going to roll and it prevents me from utilizing good form and the exercise being effective.

I currently only do leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. Is that enough? What else can I do?
