I'm Fat!! Need A Personal Trainer.?

<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>

Hey guys. So I'm finally gonna make a change. I'm 211 pounds at only 5'5". I'm clinically obese. I got lazy after back surgery and its time to get HEALTHY.

I want to get a personal trainer for myself. One of the men who work at my chiropractic clinic is a certified personal trainer as well. Now this will work out well, because he has my medical file and knows my back issues so that any exercise I do will not hurt me. For $400/month, he writes my meal plans, helps me with recipes, keeps in constant contact with me, and goes to the gym with me to keep me motivated and push me through every step of the way. I, personally think that this is a good deal b/c on doing research, personal trainers cost more than that. 5 days a week per month is 20 days. 400/20 = 20. That's $20 per day. I don't think that's bad at all, since a lot of trainers seem to average $30/hour here. So, my question would be is: Is this a good value for the money? Thanks, guys!!!! :)
