Question: I need to lose weight fast?please help?

Losing weight FAST is a sure way to gain it back double quickly. the usual rule about weight loss is easier to deal with...

set a goal of healthy balanced meals, and limit your snacks to a variety of raw veggies and fruits.

Weight loss per week. 2 pounds...

Weigh yourself the same time every day.. usually when you get up in the morning.

do exercises, but do them in moderation. WALKING around the block two or three times a day is a grea way to meet others, meet pets, look at the flowers, listen to music, and walk off the extra stuff, PLUS firm up the rest of the leg.

get a small calorie counter AND a small notebook Keep track of what you eat , how much, and thenumber of calories in a serving. (that is why a calorie counter will help you)



Limit yourself to 1500 caloies a day. you will find calorie count on most foods, treats, etc.

If YOU are desparate for that one piece of chocolate of sugarcoated whatever.. EAT ONE.. and no more. Your "craving" that extra bit is sabotaging your efforts to cut down on amount of eating and lose some weigh at the same time, so EAT one bit candy bar or cookie etc.)

Drink water instead of fizzy diet or any other fizzy drink. Water will work better with your body.

Also, eat balanced meals, and you might want to include an apple a day including thepeeling. (an apple a day keeps the doctor a way, and will help with moving the food through your G.I. TRACT.

You will lose weight ...and it will sltay off longer.
