Question: What to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

1.Breakfast like a queen: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.You can eat omelette, sandwiches, fruit salad, croissant etc... 2. Lunch like a commoner: Lunch should be carbs and protein with a little bit fat to recharge your body. Boiled eggs, apples and salad.



3. Dinner like a bum: Dinner should be very lean. Salad, boiled potato, handfull of rice or soup. This is because you don't wanna eat a lot of calories before you go to bed, and your metabolism is slow at night.
