I eat fruits and vegetables every day, usually 2 eggs in the morning and coconut oil every day i never eat junk food, fast food, processed food or anything like that
i eat a banana or two every day or some other fruit
i eat nuts quite often as snacks
for lunch ill have oatmeal, or yogurt or a smoothie
i don't eat a lot of bread I'm on a low carb diet, instead ill have chia bars or healthy bars for snacks
and for dinner i usually have fish, on occasion pasta, usually a light meal with salad on the side
if i have dessert it will be mango, or high sugar fruit
i am a 20 year old girl by the way and i recently found out i should be eating 1300 at least per day but realize some days its probably less but i only eat when I'm hungry and i want to be really healthy. also i do not want to increase my calorie intake i like my body and my weight
