Tips on getting ripped for a 16 year old?

<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>

I am a 16 year old male, I'm about 5'10-5'11, and I weigh about 170 pounds. My goal is to be physically fit. I'm actually not really fat, if I flex I can feel the muscles on my arms and I can also see the outline of a six pack if I flex my stomach. I can feel fat on my arms and stomach though. Anyway, I have weights here at my house that my dad gave to me but that's about all the equipment that I have. I also have a curl bar. I have tried to lift weights before (I have slacked on doing it, but I'm trying to get back into the habit of doing it) and when I bench press I can lift about 60 pounds (I hope that isn't bad) and when I use the curl bar I can lift about 55 pounds. I would usually do about 10-15 reps before I got tired. My problem was that I would get tired and stop quickly. I also eat a lot of bad foods (I've been trying to stop, but it is hard). I love pizza and candy and I eat both a lot and that's probably why I didn't see much results. Can I still eat them or do I have to cut them out altogether? I will admit, I've always been a picky eater, so I don't eat many vegetables but I do eat a lot of meats like chicken, ribs, seafood, etc... Also, I've tried to do exercises like pushups and sit ups but I can't seem to do them correctly. Should I keep trying to lift weights or will I not get much results from lifting? I hope to see some serious results by at least September. Is that realistic? All helpful answers are appreciated!
