Question: Which sports instructed program (activity) should I take this semester?

Girl? The best thing a girl can do is learn first the importance of resistance training and then how to do it correctly. You need to take the weight training class. Send all your guy friends to yoga and Pilates. If you're worried about guys staring, don't let them. If you act like prey they will treat you like prey. If you act like a real person, they will treat you like that too.



Too many girls think wasting away is being fit and it simply isn't. That's all the rest of it is, a something to do to waste into a not sexy or fit shell. Pilates was invented for bed ridden soldiers to learn to generate movement from the core and it's been taken in by the dance community, but it doesn't get you in shape on the outside. It does not effect any show muscles at all. The great Arnold said it in so many words that bodybiulding is like being a human sculpture. You get to choose where to put on more "clay" and make the shape you want. You don't get that with fitness walking. (I hate that there is a walking DVD at the store too).
