I like mustard (spicy or regular, not too much a fan of dijon) and I understood it is actually considered a healthy alternative to mayonaise, oils or spreads. Also understand pepper is a good anti oxident. Tumeric is supposed to help skin issues. Do you have any particular recommendations or cautions?
