I've been calorie counting for almost four years now. My highest weight was 257, but then I got down to 117, so I lost about 140 lbs...More than what I weighed at the end! I ended up evening out at about 150 at 5 foot 6-7, and I've noticed that a lot of people who end up losing dramatic amounts of weight end up getting to an extremely low weight, but then eventually even out at a healthy weight like I did. If you lost a lot of weight, did you "even out" after you reached a very low weight? I think it has to do with just wanting to have that feeling of being super skinny, but then once you reach it, you realize it's just as unhealthy as being overweight, so you might as well even out at a healthy number. :)
