As i no longer have access to a pull up bar what would be the best exercise to add width to the back? Wide grip pull ups would help with the lats but how is it done with just a barbell / dumbells & bench? I normally do rows with the barbell and then single arm rows with the bench, but it doesn't have the same effect as a pull up bar or lat machine.
