Question: Anything for my knee pains?!!?

i started exercising 2 weeks ago, on the treadmill. i alternate between jogging and walking for 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week. after the first 2 or 3 days, i started experiencing some pain in my right knee. as the days went on, it got worse and worse. my problem is, i cant stop exercising because i have a deadline in about 3 weeks in which my weight has to be a certain number and i can't afford to waste a day.



i was wondering if there was any way i can make the pain less without having to stop or reduce my daily exercise. thank you so much!
