Question: How many calories do I need to MAINTAIN my weight?

Since you didn't state your activity level, how would anyone know? It could be as low as around 1400 to whatever you burn might burn from physical activities. I know one very active female about your weight that maintains her weight on over 3,000 calories a day. Obviously, she is very active, but you may not be. Use the link, find out.
