Day 1 of 30 day squat challenge and injured already...?

Ol, so I started the 30 day squat challenge yesterday (50 squats, increasing by 5 every day with rest days every 5 days until you can do 250 squats a day); I watched vids on youtube and did 50 infront of the mirror to make sure I had the right form. It's been 24 hours and the front of my legs still hurt (between knees and tops of legs). I'm a 21 y/o, 5ft 9, 53 kg female.
