Why am I having on and off once more enamel sensitivity?

I am having on and off enamel sensitivity. Simply went to the dentist and he pulled my knowledge teeth on the underside a pair weeks in the past. However the ache back the day gone by. Out of no the place I was once having excessive sensitivity to cold and warm on my high again enamel (cannot pinpoint which one) there is a crown again there (I obtained a couple of month in the past) and a enamel next to it that appears a little bit delicate, and my chunk used to be very off the day gone by. Once I pressed on my crown it gave the impression somewhat sore. (is it as a result of my crown is unfastened? explaining why my chew used to be off) The knowledge teeth on the underside used to be the one factor underneath my prime crown and now that it is long gone I am concerned there is nothing there to maintain it in. (my knowledge teeth and the enamel beside it’s long past on the underside) Possibly it has nothing to do with that, perhaps it can be only a cavity I do not know. However as of late, there is not any sensitivity to sizzling/chilly and my chunk is simply superb. Is not that bizarre?
