It is far too easy to put on weight. Just eating the right foods or the lack of them , is not enough . You need to eat small amounts more slowly and more often. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour a day, or go to the gym. Do not fall in to the trap of lifting weights till you have lost all your fat. Cardio training is the best ever for good health and fitness. Let me know how you get on.
