Questions about Weight and fat burning For a kiddo.?

I Want to ask people who know about sport and stuff.
I'd like to know what is the fastest way to burn fats,Honestly i've tried 2 ways.
#1:Managing my food,But this didnt work because when i go home from school and then i have a little nap,then wake up to go to the gym and then when im back my family is eating meat and stuff,I could not resist to not eat with them because the meat seems really intersting and i love eating.
#2 Was going to the gym,I've been going to the gym since 1 month,I havent seen a little diffrence,However Let me tell u some more stuff about it.

Age :13 and half.
Weight : about 64kg.
Tall : 156cm.
However,My belly and my Thighs are pretty fat,So i want to get them down and start playing some horizontal bars (Because i cannot even do 1 )
However,I Want some help about specially what i should do to get the best results at the end,Thanks for caring and if u want more info tell me.
P.S: I'd also like to know what&Which stuff to train at the gym so please give explained info.
