ADVICE ON CREATINE (PILLS)?
<span class="qna-sprite abDescExpandIcon"/>
Hey im 16 years 5'11 and 145 pounds track runner and wrestler. Yesterday i bought Six Star Elite Series Creatine X3 pills, it says its number one best selling and seemed pretty good for me, a first time user of creatine. Usually i just use protein shakes and eat well to help me bulk up, But i really wanted to try creatine and see its results. And yes, i know it wont work unless i work out. But anyways, should i take some on my off days? the container says to take 2 servings (i forgot how many pills) per day on off days, and 2 servings of 6 pills on workout days. and i also want to know if their are better brands other than six star, ive read good and bad reviews so im considering switching to a different brand but im not sure which one. If youre expierenced with creatine and have any other helpful tips and advice, id really appreciate it.
