Consuming most of my energy at evening






Hello guys, not too long ago been fasting for Ramadhan. Would go for approx 20-21 hours with out meals then open the quick. Within the morning I would not in reality consume perhaps only a bowl of porridge (one hundred kcal). At evening I might have approx a thousand-1500 kcals (I do know, so much directly). I’d train prior to mattress like press ups, squats, crunches and so forth. In order the title states, I did consume so much directly however the numbers nonetheless add as much as lower than the beneficial 2000 kcals for wholesome lively adults. Would this lead to weight acquire?
