No money to visit the doctor so I used ALOE and anti-biotics

My treatment was using anti biotic only. I left it unwrapped during the day and if I was in the house. Wrapped if I was going out for a long time or going to sleep.
I recently went outside driving during mid day unwrapped because as you can see in the picture the wound has dried up quite a bit. I also used peroxide on the wound and this is 1 month after the accident.
Just yesterday I noticed a change in the skin.
The are has become very red and is also watery 24/7 non cease!. If I have been to dry it with a easy gauze. It will take about a couple of minutes ahead of a puddle begins to kind on the pores and skin and dripping in all places.
Is the wound contaminated? Did I lengthen the therapeutic or make it go backwards through the usage of peroxide or publicity to solar? Is that this dangerous?
