Do I’ve extreme OCD? I’ve had it for 7 years and it retains getting worse. Assist!!?

I feel I’ve OCD, It will get to the purpose the place I will’t swallow with out pronouncing a definite phrase, as a result of I believe like I’ve to do it. I believe like I’ve to do the whole lot that I don’t wish to do, it can be like a Day by day hobbies. I do not need to do that stuff, but when I do not do it irritates me and irritates me I will’t take it no extra. It can be in point of fact silly issues, I believe issues I do not wish to suppose, an image issues I do not wish to assume, it actually scares me daily. I will’t get this out of my head, It can be been happening for seven years, and it simply retains getting worse and worse. Occasionally I swallow one thing I did not be aware of te colour of or one thing that I failed to be aware of what it used to be, and my nervousness eats me alive unless I throw it up. (I do not) I get to the purpose the place if I do not do what my thoughts says, I’ve to harm anyone i really like. I am continuously speaking in my head to calm myself down. One time I climbed on high of my mattress as a result of I felt like I had too and if i did not, I used to be gonna damage any person and the mattress in fact broke and I fell head first on concrete flooring, and my mother stated it gave the impression of A television simply dropped. And I used to be out chilly. I am at all times swearing I will by no means harm someone, simply in case my thoughts makes me swear that I’ll. I do not even devour or drink as a result of I am bored with considering after I swallow. If I say one thing I do not wanna say once I swallow, I believe like I’ve to do no matter I stated once I swallowed as a result of my mind will annoy me unless I do, and I will not do it so the nervousness comes into play.
