Question: Can i do push ups and pull ups in one day?

You should walk out to milk the cows, chase after one and pull her back into place. Hold the next one down as she struggles. Carry the milk buckets back inside and lift them into the cleaning machines. Go bail hay and lift them into the truck. Climb in and out of the truck to kick them off the bed and then shake them out. Then go take all your gear to the horses to go wrestle the pigs and kill them and drag the bodies back to be processed. Drag and lift the guts out and sweep the poo. Then come back and help dad load up the tractor and go pruning. When you finally get in after cleaning everything use your big strong muscles to help mom throw the bread for dinner.

If you sit around and then do pull ups and some push ups too, I don't think you'll be overexerting yourself too much. I'd personally recommend a circuit, do as many push ups as you can super fast and then pulls up, then come back and do as many slow push ups and pull ups again and then change your grip or walk up the wall and do some more fast and more slow. Get some water and see how far you can run.
