I'm 16, female and well... I love food. Or I loved it.
I've had no appetite since the last week, but I'm not feeling sick or anything. My sleepscedule is normal and I get 8 - 9 hours of sleep every day. I haven't had headaches or anything, in fact, I'm feeling great. It's just bothering me that I don't want to eat anything. I mostly feel like throwing up after I've had the first bite of my meal... but I practically force myself to eat because I know that my body needs vitamins and so on. But it's kinda "hard" to eat for me - as silly as that sounds.
And I'm pretty athletic... so I don't think it's because I've "eaten too much" the last couple of days. So if anyone could help me, that'd be great.
