Question: How do I get thinner thighs, back, upper arms, chest, and hips easily with at home workouts?

When trying to get in shape, there is no EASY. Eat less, no soda or snacks. Veggies/Fruit/Lean Meats/Grains, Lots of water. Work out every day. Don't sit around. If you're not sweating, you're doing it wrong.
