There's this awesome app you can use called myfitnesspal and you enter your age, height, weight, and how much exercise you do daily and it will tell you how many calories to eat. I know you want to know how many calories to burn but if you enter in the foods you eat during the day and enter the exercises you do it will tell you how many calories you have left.
