Yes its most likely around 30 grams of fat becuase and coolwhip is plainly fattening, but peanuts, cashews, almonds, and other nuts can be fattening but nutritious with small amounts, so yes try to get some yogurt or cereal in the morning with some nuts springled in if you like, just dont keep up with this plan becuase once again it is about 30 grams of fat and a daily recommended ammount for the average person is about 50 grams a day, hope this helped!
