Question: What is a good workout schedule for me?

I am male and 17 years old. I would like to have a more muscular chest, shoulders, arms, etc. My legs are fine because I play a lot of soccer. The equipment I currently own is:

- (2) 8 lb dumbells

- (2) 15 lb dumbells

- elliptical

- bench with leg lift bar

- bench press bar has 70 lb on it I would like to look a little less than the picture provided without buying new stuff. Do you have a personal plan or schedule that I could do? I would like this to be in a months time.



Maybe some exercises like push-ups and such, plus # of reps.
