Question: Why cant I lose weight! (I have been running)?

I am a 21 year old female. I used to always be very thin. Now, I cant seem to lose weight. I have a lot of problems with that. On my upper body like my shoulders and back area are thin, my face is normal, but I have his little poof area of my stomach that wont go away, at all! It gets worse, I have hips and butt that are too wide, and my thighs are big. My legs are normal and thin. The only problem areas that I cannot lose weight in are my stomach, hips, butt, and thighs. The bottom part of my body is a real challenge. I ran a two mile run last week and a three mile run yesterday. It is so annoying, how to get stick thin?
