My sister is a 32G and is getting surgery in December. I can tell that having big boobs hurts a lot. I’m only a B and it hurts like crazy. I just want to know what happens, does it hurt a lot? Are there any risks? Will it be safe if she’s planning on having kids someday? I do know this can be a bizarre query however I am simply conceded.
