This is not a quick fix. It takes cardio to burn the fat and core exercises to tone up your abdominals. The other part is a proper nutrition plan, which is much more important than people think. People who tell you that defined abs are possible in a short period of time are either: 1) lying to you or 2) have something to sell. Dedication will pay off here. If you are dedicated and goal-driven to get those abs, you must stick to the plan.
