I'm just so confused about the whole thing...as of now I have lost about 20 pounds but now I'm left with a slight gut....it have went down some but not completely...I'm at the point where I don't want to loose any more weigh because if I do I will be too skinny,however I need to loose the stomach...so I've just been eating healthy,cutting out the crap and found cardio everyday and strength training every other day...HOW DO I GET RID OF MY BELLY FAT... SECONDLY, I wasn't to start gaining muscle and getting bigger,but when I look up information on these two topics I get pulled in many different directions and its just so confusing
