Question: Eating time?

usually my schedule for work is 1130..and i eat in after i wake up at 930(usually eat what i eat on lunch but sometimes what i eat on breakfast)...then my next schedule to eat is 3-4 cuz thats where my break is ..im trying to gain some muscles and lose fat..do you think this is bad as it slows down my metabolism due to not timed eating?
